With this album she wants to invite the listener to reconnect with his or her own body and mind:

From anxiety and restlessness to femininity, insomnia to depression, injustice to self-expression. I explore the duality that often resides within us. It’s a journey through joy and pain with the destination of hopefully finding some peace within yourself. "
